    I guess if you’re in a union and voted against the strike?

    But even then, nothing but their dignity is preventing them from crossing the picket line… Nobody is forcing them to strike.

      Yeah you cross a picket line at a union shop and good luck ever seeing a promotion. For that matter could lose your job. (They’d just call it, underperforming issues but they’d wait a couple months before firing you).

      Yeah the owners wouldn’t care if you crossed but your immediate supervisor is probably union and pissed that you crossed.

        Yeah which is why you don’t do it.

        But nobody is stopping them. It’s not illegal, nor are they being prevented by force.

          I’m sorry, but I have to disagree with your statement of nobody is stopping them. If there’s a threat of losing your job, then in essence, they are stopped.
