    Would probably be worth investing in a non US based VPN too. A no log option is pretty essential (like Proton or Nord VPN for example)

    If other regimes are anything to go by; dissidents and outspoken opponents of the state tend to have accidents. So it’s best to keep yourself off those lists where possible for when those accidents start occurring.
