Radiohead likely has a trademark on Radiohead. This means you can’t have a name that would likely confuse consumers looking for music by Radiohead. You could start a bathroom installation company named Radiohead because people wouldn’t confuse bathroom installation and music (as an example). I personally think Radiohead and Radiohead 2 would be confusing, but we’d have to see what the courts would say. Most likely is, unless you have a ton of money for lawyers to pursue it the legal fees would do you in or you’d lose defending yourself. Even then, would you be willing to spend that much to be able to use Radiohead 2?
