Saganaki is delicious Greek fried cheese. Either way kolinaki just sounds like a magnificent street food wrapped in pita bread and enjoyed by drunks.

  I’m imagining fried potatoes, herbs, yogurt and goat cheese in a pita. Drizzled with a specialty sauce of some sorts. (Possibly a ouzo reduction)
