Or not causing a car accident when you were close to causing one.
I’m on the third day of a soul crushing migraine. I don’t even care about feeling normal anymore. Just getting to “Shitty” would be a huge improvement
That’s the human condition. All suffering and joy is relative to our baseline, and that baseline changes very quickly.
This is the case with anything to do with health. And often the best feelings are when some form of unpleasantness dissipates.
Is that because you don’t workout sufficiently or eat shit?
