Pge decided to change time of use to be most expensive after the sun went down, and a dozen other things to massively screw everybody, now they’re trying to make it worse. It’s not worth it when they’re fighting you the whole way.

Pge decided to change time of use to be most expensive after the sun went down, and a dozen other things to massively screw everybody, now they’re trying to make it worse.
It’s not worth it when they’re fighting you the whole way.
