I was able to run the binary from a project I made in engineering school 10 years ago on a recent Ubuntu system, and all I had to do was make the freeglut library available.

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
