I haven’t been able to figure out how to repeat this bug yet but this is the second time it has happened.

Edit: it appears to be an issue when rotating the app back into portrait from landscape. I was able to repeat it multiple times by doing that.

    Sometimes the bar shifts to the left as well. Also it is then hidden behind the android navigation bar.
