every nsfw post is blurred and there is no setting to turn it off

Not yet, but it will probably be possible soon now that configuration is moved to Dexie. You can follow active development and issues on GitHub through the link in settings.
Go to your instance in a browser and adjust your profile settings
Edit: Sorry, my bad. I have nsfw turned off that way, didn’t realize it was a separate issue.
