I use it to make edible gummies. You can’t taste the gelatin at all. It’s a cup of fruit juice, a cup of infused oil, 10 drops of flavoring oil, 5 packs of gelatin powder, and a small pack of flavored gelatin.

It’s just tastes fruity and wonderful. I don’t get any meaty taste, and I’m using arguably more gelatin than most people would.

More sense? I don’t agree with you. Gelatin is a blank slate. Has pretty much zero flavor and can take on the taste of pretty much whatever you put into it. It gels up. That’s pretty much it, it’s up to you to decide what you want to do with it.

That said, it’s very versatile cooking ingredient. Is great in soups and stocks. Making gummies. Making gels, custards, pudding. It’s great as a binder. Not a great emulsifier, but you can do it with enough blending, however it breaks at higher temperatures.

Terrine in general is fantastic as charcuterie. I’d be totally fine with head cheese. I get that the process is gross, but it tastes great. Kind of like pate.

It’s sort of embarrassing that the world governments are so hesitant to take a stance against it. I don’t understand why Israel is held in such regard. They live on a tiny strip of land that was stolen and given to them roughly 75 years ago. From a strategic standpoint, they’ve always been considered a strong foothold in the middle east, but other than that, why does anyone care? The US could move an aircraft carrier and a full naval flotilla there and achieve pretty much the exact same foothold in less than a week if they wanted.

Let’s see if an Israel-based human rights group, in Israel, is able to persuade Europe or the US into agreement that the genocide caused by Israel is in fact a politically correct genocide caused by Israel.

It’s disgusting that politics and religion is held in higher regard the human lives and human dignity. Mate, there are so many free streaming sites out there. Just make sure to have a really good ad blocker turned on. That said, you may have to find a good few that work with your browser, and to find the shows you want.

We’ve cancelled every single subscription service that we had. We’ve been pirating content for over a year now, and get to watch every show, from every streaming service, in HD, the day after they are released. Never turning back. Next eventual step will be to sail the high seas. :)
