1 year agoIt doesn’t matter how easy or hard it is. It should be just as easy to cancel as it is to subscribe. It should be the same amount of steps, or less.

You shouldn’t have to do a Google search. It should be so easy, a tech-illiterate 90 year old can find it in seconds.
