While my kids are watching Disney+, if there is a wifi blip the stream gets messed up. The video starts going into a fast forward type mode and the audio disappears. That’s when I hear my kid yell from the other room “there’s no words again!”
Never have those issues streaming from my jellyfin server.
Not every game needs to reinvent the wheel. You’re absolutely right.
However, games that ask me to spend $80 absolutely need to bring something exceptional to the table.
Always a good sign when, in a promo shot for a watch, I’m having trouble reading what time it is.
I’m sure lthe iquid glass watch face is completely optional but damn, when I glance at my wrist I just want the time to be simple and obvious.
Mythbusters proved that.
Reading is hard. My advice still stands for everyone else though.
Don’t use a chromium based browser.
You’ve had your fun with the sectioning. There will be no more sectioning today
Where did I say $90?
Look into it
I delayed my preorder when I saw the bullshit price gouging for game prices.
I think it looked great. More variety, bigger races, a world to play around in, etc those are all winning ideas from where I’m sitting. Adding something like wall jumps fits in the Mario universe and could add some interesting skips on courses and things. I was very excited after that trailer.
Of course now that pricing has been revealed, all of that excitement has been sucked out of the room for me. I’ve got a Steam Deck in the mail right now and that’s probably going to be it for me this next gen. Metroid 4 for the OG Switch might be my last Nintendo purchase
7 in the Bible is usually a symbol
It is very likely to really be a 7 years limit
Is it just me, or these don’t seem to jive with each other.
Not that I think anything in the Bible can be taken at face value, but especially numbers and doubly so, the number 7.
World created in 7 days. Forgive others 7 times or 70*7. Etc etc. There’s no reason to believe the law of the land was literally a 7 year limit on slavery.
If I remember correctly, the US version of the SNES has buttons designed to be differentiated by both sight (the four primary colors) and by touch. A and B are convex shaped while X and Y are concave. I think that’s what you’re seeing here.
A slide out keyboard on that fold would be pretty sweet. Yeah it would also be pretty thick… But cool

I do kind of wish it had a full keyboard like the old kindle did. Tons of great IF text adventures that would almost seamlessly transfer to this format.
Literally not an ounce of gambling in this game.
I will preface this by saying I’m a PC gamer who also has a Switch. Wife and I were gifted this game on the Switch and I knew going in it would be a subpar experience compared to the PC. That said, my wife was really into it and watching her okay made me want to pick it up also.
No it isn’t very deep and doesn’t bring any new mechanics to the table we haven’t seen already but the presentation, even on the limited horse power of the switch was nice. It was fun to explore the castle and build up your character. The game is easy to 100% though it can be a bit tedious to track down everything. If you like the potter-verse, I think it’s a pretty good game. Watch a video, grab it on sale, didn’t expect to have your mind blown.
I look forward to a sequel assuming they can improve on some of the repetition.
If I ask copilot to help write a power automate script or similar, I guarantee it will not work. It won’t make sense. And if I do it from within power automate, it wants to replace what I already have there. It’s a mess.
If I pull up chatgot on my phone (because it’s blacklisted at work) I will get very clear, step by step instructions that are usually good enough or occasionally not correct but close enough that I can tweak it back on course.
