Billionaire shareholders vs billionaire directors. Unless you are the 1%, you won’t understand the context

In an alternate universe corporations goal is not profit to the shareholders but rather health to the ecosystem.

How does this practically work? Russia fires all the executives, replaces them with their own and redirect the profits? No impact to the remaining employees?

Do they also have to pay a fine? If so then it’s just a money grab for the govt?
