If they do remove Ubisoft Connect, I really hope the cloud saves on Steam get supported. Ubisoft Connects implementation of Cloud Saves are so buggy for me
That’s what I was thinking too. As much as I’m happy about this, I feel like it’s definitely an attempt to pull players back to their old games.
At least my Achievements will sync with Ubisoft’s. Knowing Ubisoft I wouldn’t have been surprised if you had to start over just to get the achievements on steam just so they can get play counts up
Meanwhile I’ve never made it to the surface lmao. My colonies never make it very far. Turns out I am not good at micromanaging
I’m hoping to try out Uncharted on my M1 Pro again soon. Hopefully with this it will run better than last time. Last time it was playable but nowhere near a stable 30 FPS
Definitely saving this for later. I’ve been trying to use an over complicated series of vents and gas pumps to pump CO2 into a “CO2” room from all over the base that I lock with an airlock and shove a CO2 generator in. It didn’t occur to me to just toss it in a pit lmao
Kind of? It’s like If there was a lot more micromanaging things in Fallout Shelter
I let the battery drain last night before plugging it back in. It wouldn’t turn on though, so I ended up unplugging the battery and plugging it back in to kick it into boot. I also flashed the BIOS again earlier and nothing. I can keep unplugging the battery to kick it into boot whenever it shuts off, but opening it up everytime I want to turn it on is far from ideal lol.
I’m suspecting it’s a physical failure of the Power button now. I’ve seen one person suggest shifting the Mobo up a bit because it can shift down to where the button can’t reach after extended use, so I may try that next. I’m also going to unplug the battery and clean the physical button with Alcohol to hopefully improve contact.
I’m out of warranty sadly, and Valve estimates 125$ for repairs, so I’m going to try and solve it myself beforehand.
I think it’s something up with the bios, because after unplugging the battery and reconnecting it, The Steam Deck turns on fine. If I restart it though I have to disconnect the battery again to get it to turn back on
Damn, i’ve never heard of Alyx doing that. I’m a big fan of water and liquids in video games so i need to remember to check it out some day
It live rent free in my head along with the motor sound at boot up
It’s definitely some of the most fun to be had, especially when bringing it to parties or a friend’s house. I wish they brought back the Bombs on the field when playing Vs. mode too, it felt like a good way to balance their only being 2-4 players per a race.
Not a bad way to spend Christmas imo
I’m weird and play everything with a PS3 controller lol. The best way I’ve found though is the N64 controller, but I believe Nintendo’s official Nintendo Online reproduction can connect to PC Via Bluetooth but I don’t own one so I can’t say that for sure.
Thank you for the appreciation. I enjoy sharing these screenshots with people, it’s something I look forward too everyday. I feel like it offers a nice variety and it makes me happy seeing what people have to say about the games in the comments.
I remember my first death vividly. I glitched out and lost my diamond sword after getting shoved into lava by a zombie while mining
That’s definitely is a sentiment I share with the feeling of mystery it had. I remember me and my Sister would spend hours trying to summon Herobrine or summon the Wither before it was added to console edition. It’s something that’s hard to recapture now I feel like, especially because the game’s inner workings have been explained. That’s not to say modern Minecraft sucks, but I do miss those feelings of mystery with it.
I downloaded a few off the wiki a few years ago irc. The chests were all busted, but the blocks were all the same
I’m hoping to build my first Desktop soon and i’m praying that Valve gets an Official SteamOS release out by then. I’d kill to have it.
I had to live through it again, so everyone else does too
Miitopia. I wasn’t expecting more worlds from such a simple game. I really enjoyed it though.
