I’m missing the part where you got your loot back.
Also, if you’re a 2 man galleon, that’s on you lol.

It is indeed
I liked egg inc for a while, if you’re looking for clicker type games.
Other than that I can recommend
Multiple of these are paid, but I’m 100% on board with paying a small amount for an app rather than paying a multiple of that for in-game Battlepasses and whatevers.
It annoys me a lot to say this, but Netflix has some excellent games in their roster. So if you have a Netflix subscription, check those out. I personally very much enjoyed
But they also have ports of some very good PC games like Spiritfarer, Terra Nil or World of Goo.
Whelp - I feel like you’re overestimating how much money people donate.
I’ve got a website service that I offer for free with a Kofi tip jar - I got less than 20€ over the past 3 years that is was online. Which doesn’t even cover domain costs.
Sure it’s very much not in your face and it isn’t meant to be, plus being only one anecdotal point of reference, but that’s just my experience with that.
Understandably - as a developer you need to pay money to keep your apps listed on the Apple store - even if they’re free apps. So just to recoup those losses you almost have to put in ads or subscriptions.
I saw others reporting a similar issue in Brave. 🤷♂️
Oh well, we’ll see how it plays out, right now there is a lot of speculation going on
If it actually targets ad blockers and not FF in particular, that won’t do much other than telling all the websites you visit that yet another user is using chrome and not FF.
I still don’t see that they broke FF specifically, they’re fighting back against adblockers, including the ones in browsers like brave.
Get yourself a password manager. You’ll always have your PayPal password at hand.
I’ve been liking bitwarden so far. Works well, seems properly encrypted, no big scandals, etc. But of course anyone reading this should compare a few offers first.
Beautifully put
Not OP but my Samsung Galaxy M21 has it, too. It’s slightly hidden as you don’t find it on your home screen or app list, only when you search for it inside the app list.
Maybe because the concept is antithetical to stuff like Instagram, which makes it fun and refreshing - you know seeing “real” stuff and not highly filtered and planned stuff all the time.
Because delivery drivers are chronically underpaid and overworked, so I tried (and apparently failed) at making a joke.
Edit: I also just now realized I made a super stupid math error. I really should sleep.
So… Full time then refers to 24/7/365? That’s ~8k hours, at that point I believe when they say they’ll earn 170k (or $19,40/h)
Edit: fixed the math. Also let me clarify that this was a bad attempt at making a “delivery drivers are always underpaid and overworked, so the only way this works out is by them working literally every hour of every day for slightly above minimum wage” joke.
I’m a millennial - I can’t afford a house, so I don’t know.
Why does a deserted house equal a dozen kilos of dynamite?
I am aware. Not to mention the societal cost of uprooting your entire family, probably loosing your social circle, potentially moving to a country whose language you don’t speak, etc etc.
Cost isn’t the only issue with something like that.
Leave that shit hole of a country and move elsewhere. Somewhere more safe and developed, like all of Europe.
Okay then… How do 3/4/5 make money? Ist currently everything but 1/2 loosing money in support of propping up the ads?
Ohh right, you never put the loot on your ship. That makes sense
