It’s super useful to know instantly if the messages are encrypted or not.

Oh damn, thanks for letting me know. I got the alert saying they were in settings when I opened up keychain and assumed they were permanently moved not like “hey you can also find them there”. Great news, I much prefer the keychain app.
Seems off to me. On Mac they abandoned the standalone keychain app in favor of the settings app just last year (IIRC). Why would they turn around and go in the opposite direction so soon after that?
You’ve never needed AppleID to setup a Mac. I’m not positive, but I don’t think you even meed one on iPhone, though no App Store access limits the utility there.
Super disappointed if they’re doing this off-device. If we’re getting more language model crap, at least make it local, please.

One game breaking bug on a playthrough is still pretty bad.
I always feel like my code is the best in personal projects when I don’t need to conform to whatever style and architecture has been decided on by history and committee.
I thought I turned 36 on my 35th birthday, so i imagine towards the end of being 34 I must have forgotten my age
I was never 35. Thought I was 36 until my 36th birthday when I realized I had been wrong for the previous year.
Thanks for saying this. I’m pretty tired of people talking about how we have changed the definition of ai to include this stuff whereas I remember talking about ai in terms of things like random forests and q learning 20 years ago
By your estimate, visa used 3.4x the power of eth. I would guess visa handles much much more than 3.4x the volume of currency transactions and is way more efficient on energy.
So exactly as secure as we thought, then.
Were they moved into sanctuary districts? https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Sanctuary_District
DS9 just seems to get more and more relevant with age. Sad we haven’t done any better than projected by the show.
I no longer have a family and don’t prioritize personal safety, but there are a lot of cars that aren’t too old which are still quite safe and lack all the connectivity crap.
You’re not wrong about those things being issues, but also people do electric conversions all the time, there are shops that specialize in it and premade kits you can buy for it. Low range is certainly a very common outcome, but I don’t have big range requirements for most of my driving. Plus, I love taking on projects that are way over my had and muddling through them somehow. It’s how I learn best.
One of several reasons I really want to do an electric conversion of an old car rather than buying a new electric car.
The ban is mostly followed in NYC, at least in Manhattan where I lived for 6 years.
It’s been problematic here in Hawaii for some time. I personally know multiple people who have had bad cases, including my goddaughter who spent the majority of the second year of her life in the hospital because of it. Do not take rat lungworm lightly. Wash leafy greens well before eating, and keep infants from situations where they could come into contact with slugs and snails.
Maybe the real origin of the Borg were the nanobots we made along the way?
