I have a distant family member that illegally entered the US with her young child and used a stolen SSN and identity early on to gain employment.

Now that she’s got her green card, she’s fully in the “fuck everyone else, I got mine” camp. She cries about illegal immigrants and crime from people coming from her home country.

It’s legitimately insane to watch someone absolutely stop giving a fuck because they’ve got fiscal safety and security because they broke all the same laws during a democratic administration that was helping Latino immigrants.

Why can’t he just say “one of the good ones” and rip the band aid off.

What’s happening here is not even in the world of psychiatric or psychology based therapy.

This is 100% Christian religious based bullshit “therapy”. This can be done in Colorado with an “equivalent” graduate degree.

Even worse is if you’re engaged in the practice of “religious ministry” you don’t have to comply with any of the states licensure requirements as long as you don’t advertise or yourself as “licensed”. So in reality this “faith based therapist” probably is just some random person that works or volunteers at the church.

As a US citizen if he ever stepped foot in the US he would be immediately extradited to either the UK or Romania for his outstanding allegations.

A lot of modern countries have extradition treaties so he’d have to go to somewhere like Russia if he wanted to remain free if he fled.

He also would lose access to a lot of modern banking systems and likely be deplatformed completely if he ever ran from his current charges.

What side would that be? I’ve voted independent every election I’ve voted.

If people’s first thought about women’s volleyball is that it’s purely a sport for Voyeurism, then that’s their bag to unpack on their own time. I watch Women’s Gymnastics and Figure Skating since my wife got me into it and I won’t entertain that shit with my friends. If I wanted to watch something just because there’s hot people in it, then I’ll just watch some regular ass porn.

I definitely won’t shy away from the fact that there are incredibly attractive women participating at an elite level in these sports, but I’m all about equal opportunity and will also absolutely recognize some hot bros doing gymnastics and figure skating. Usually shuts people up when I start talking about how hot football players are on the team they like to rattle on about forever.

Dude, people get fired all the time after being arrested or accused of a heinous act. All of this well before ever going to trial. Businesses don’t have to and often won’t keep someone on that is a risk to their company, culture, or brand identity.

It absolutely sucks that people can lose their livelihood over “he said / she said”, but the fact is that it happens all the time.

That’d be considered a win for a lot of these people. They would rather their young children die of easily preventable illnesses then find out that they’re gay.
