You can’t wipe your ass with jealousy and spite.

I just bought 10 80-packs of toilet paper. $426.50. I should be fine now.
the Geo was both awesome and shitty. I wish 2 seat cars became more of a thing. I hardly ever use the back seat, and it’s not like anyone can afford to have kids anyway.
I have so many questions. Why is that cart so tall? Why is that bread just sitting in there. That’s a bit gross. Do they clean the carts? Bloody bag the peppers.
Ooh something I can explain. Here where I am at to be a home care health helper I needed to install an app that tracks every move I make on my phone and pings it to the company. They do not provide a device unless you work full time. This requires multiple clients and driving. Plus, expect to be cleaning up every bodily fluid. All this for $14/hr.
I like the job, my client and her family are awesome and that’s the only perk to the job. I picked this up to help make ends meet after a job loss; and I have friends for life. I don’t really work for them anymore, but I do visit and say hello when I can.
Those things are awful. They use charcoal in them and it tastes like snorting campfire ashes.
The bee movie guy?
Feel free to hit me up. If there is a community here on Lemmy to post cheap recipes I’m down for sharing them there.
My wife makes fresh ice cream. It’s amazing.
Vegetarian, I edited by first comment explaining that and my grocery picks that week.
Ooh let me know how that goes. I wanted to try my hand at sour dough myself.
I do have a garden, Kale and collard greens grows year round which is nice. My recommendation for gardening is potato, Kale, Collard Greens, Tomato, Fresh Herbs, Squash, peppers.
Some interesting adds are prickly pear cactus, Yarrow, Rose, dandelion.
Plant with redundancy in mind, some plants fail.
Not ramen, but rice and beans are definitely a staple. I figured it was a little low, but judging by the comments this is super low.
I’m going to real, I don’t know how. I thought that this was kind of normal. Usually I eat a lot of produce, yogurt, and dried beans. I also have a garden. I’m trying to avoid processes foods and breads.
I remember having to spend $20 a week on groceries 15 years ago. Now I’m spending ~$30. It’s disgusting.
Edit: I don’t know why I am getting downvoted.this is really about what I spend on groceries.
I may also have some advantages here. I eat almost a vegan diet. I do a large amount of cooking from scratch. I also will look for the discount items at stores and plan accordingly from what I find. The most expensive thing I get is Yogurt because it’s where I get my protein besides beans.
This week I was making vegan Bahn Mi sandwiches. (Cilantro, Pickled carrots, Pickled radish, cucumber, green onion, tofu, and Avacado that was bought the previous week, baguette)
$6 Yogurt $12 vegetables/fruits $1 Bread $3 sting cheese Cheese $2 Tofu $5 premade non perishable food items $12 bulk energy drinks, this will last me a while. Found them on discount. $3 pickles
So, we are up to over $40, but because I bought stuff in bulk this week. Next week it will probably be $25 or so.
If anyone is in a bind that wants food ideas, hit me up. I love cooking.
Bleach will affect the Salmon Population.
I can mention that at work to them. Thanks for that
Out of our department of 7; I found out during an interview that 5 of us applied for the same position at a competitor.
A standard dosage for me is an overdose. I have a very low tolerance to Benadryl. Unfortunately, I learned this after that day at the doctor’s office.
I’m not at all shocked. At my company my coworker i rationing his medication. I’m concerned he could die at any time due to this. We as a team mentioned this to work and HR’s answer was they sent a provider listing.
I always wanted to try one of those things, but I don’t want to install one. I also want one with a remote control that has a range of at least 7 yards.
