I’m going to define easy as “low budget”. In which case I think any presentation style video is going to fit that description. If you have multi meter and the voltage is at zero then it should be safe to recycle normally. If it’s charged and swollen then it’s a fire risk. Keep the battery in the phone and in a metal container until you know there is no energy left in the battery. A dead battery even swollen shouldn’t be a fire risk.

I messed around with home assistant and the ollama integration. I have passed on it and just use the default one with voice commands I set up. I couldn’t really get ollama to do or say anything useful. Like I asked it what’s a good time to run on a treadmill for beginners and it told me it’s not a doctor.

I’ve never used it but there is also an undo Memory limit. So I guess you could maybe use that to keep blender from wrecking your system if you have the max undo steps.

Oh, damn I have one of these in one of my systems. I’m going to have to find it now and replace it. :(

If your interested in 3D printing with blender then I would start with the most basic tutorial on it you can find. Making meshes for 3D printing is an art of it’s self so even non-blender tutorials just talking about designing for 3D printing would be a good place to start. IMO.

As a person who enjoys clean air I approve of this.

I wonder if part of the reason is that apple deprecated opengl on mac os and replaced it with their property graphics api Metal. I image it would be a lot of work to port the source the engine to Metal just for a small amount of users.

Those look really cool! I wonder what the installation process is like. I installed tannus solid tires on my commuter bike and I like them but they where a nightmare to install. My arm and shoulder where sore for like a week after I put them on because of how much pressure and finesse it took to get the 200 or so plastic pins to pop into the rim. At least I’m confident they will never come off on there own.

As a person who commutes by bicycle this scares me.
