For sure! Discussing new features within this community is a great idea - I just know the dev himself said he implements suggestions faster when they’re put in GitHub, so it may be worth adding over there eventually.

I added a suggestion for adding starts next to subcommunities to favorite them, and they were able to implement them in a few days - pretty cool!

After dabbling with Mastodon twitter clones for a few months, Lemmy seems so much easier to understand and get up and running and feeling like you’re part of a more active community than Mastodon was for me. I can pretty much tell anybody to go sign up at lemmy.world from a computer and they can figure it out for the most part.
