He helped me so much. I learned an absolute ton because he gave me an easy and safe path to explore. RIP.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799 ()) is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen. The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government’s position.
That’s what I think as well. If he remains a useful idiot he’s fine. The moment he tries to use power for only his purposes instead of whatever Russian/American theocratic reasons, he’s surrounded by people ready to 25th amendment him out of office with little push back.
Trump is not the one to worry about now. His entire cabinet and the cavities within every institution who wrote and sponsored and want project 2025 are the ones to worry about. They will be carrying out their edict that they’ve successfully worked on for at least a decade now if not more. They have everything they could ever want to do it. And Trump will do random crazy things because he can now and that’s who he is but he doesn’t care about 2025, he just cares about celebrity, money and power. And every crazy thing he makes headlines for will be when the power grabs really happen and when the damage is done.
You absolutely can. You can send the US military directly in to finish the job. Or private military contractors. Or stop giving what aid is currently being sent. What doctors are currently there. It can and will get worse with direct involvement.
He doesn’t have to. He doesn’t have to do much. Though since he now has unfettered opportunity, I think he will. The groundwork is laid for theocrats to run everything down to the dark confines of the womb.
Also, don’t lie about it. Just respectfully refuse to answer any questions about it.
Part of the new Apple power bottom design strategy.
I’ve been doing the same. Koolada and extra sweetener are just the bane of my existence. I wonder if there’s an e-juice community on Lemmy… I should check.
I don’t think your information is quite right here. A nice (nice as in kind of the best that I’m aware of) pod style vape is about $30. A bigger box mod is under $60 for the ones I like from Vaporesso or Voopoo. Juice is let’s say liberally, $40/mo (120ml). I have been handing down vape mods for almost a dozen years. My buddy vapes a lot and he’s been using my hand-me-down vape for two years and it was 5 years old when I gave it to him. I only buy new because they get a little worn and I like the shiny screen and buttons. Absolutely all still usable. Best I can tell, disposables are about $10 for 3-4 days (according my partner who is annoyingly using disposables for “convenience”). You can get a nice mod and juice every month for the price of disposables from the real world numbers I’m seeing.
Depending on the size of your mom and pop, I think it would do much of it. At least keep things organized to do a demo of QuickBooks or give to an accountant.
Yeah I started using Actual about a week ago. Setup SimpleFin in a few seconds within a couple of minutes actual was auto populated. I ran into a syncing snag and messaged Simple Fin support. They worked with my credit union and I was all good in a couple of hours. Been running smoothly ever since. I really like it. And I don’t have the guilt of not budgeting anymore. Plus, ynab tutorials and advice are basically Actual tutorials.
I love this idea of billionaires making bunkers. Pretty sure I can afford the quikrete and wheelbarrows needed to make this a better world.
Money isn’t necessarily a factor. I’ve paid for many services that have made business or operating changes to the point of needing to separate and then there’s WinZip on the other side of things.
On the internet, no one knows you’re a dog. Except for Meta, Alphabet, Russia, China, Israel, the NSA and your ISP. But no one else knows
In the US, you’re lucky if you get paid for the hours you work. And many don’t get all of their hours paid.
Sorry, I didn’t mean to leave out the bestiality porn creation as well. That was unintentional on my part.
Maybe AI can help us break the fusion hurdles. Oh. It’s still telling people to eat rocks, just used to create waifu porn and as a mass spy application? Nothing else, really? Well shit.
No but it was competing with Digg and Slashdot until Digg screwed the pooch. It’s been a while, but reddit really owes its size and popularity to Digg 2.0 and the fiasco of bad decisions driven by investors.
Does seem like a Roger Stone tactic.
