Then the ruling will get challenged to the next court up and so on until it hits the Supreme Court which will issue a 6-3 ruling agreeing with Trump.

The federal invasion of Portland under Trump was also a nightmare.
Bonus: The guy in charge, Chad Wolf, hadn’t been confirmed by the Senate and as a result had no authority so the entire action was illegal.

Worse… The House makes the impeachment charge, that’s a 50% majority vote.
THEN it goes to the Senate for conviction where you need a 2/3rds majority to remove them. 67/100.
That’s the body which can’t do anything because they’re blocked by a 60 vote super majority to over-ride a filibuster.
So you get 218 in the House, goes to the Senate, needs 60 votes to end debate and proceed with charges, then 67 votes to convict and remove.
Trump’s first impeachment got 48 and 47 votes.

If he had been convicted, he would have been inelligible to run in '24.

Just got a replacement credit card yesterday, they don’t even put signature blocks on the back anymore.
To be fair, TikTok is not banned yet. There is no enforcement action against them. They are choosing to do this now to make a point.
I’d think the only way they’d rule against him would be to say “Interpreting the Constitution is our job, not yours.” But then they’d maintain the interpretation under their branding.
