Yep, unless it’s some crazy hardware level encryption, probably not though. Assuming you’re not worried about the data and just want to reuse the drive, just delete the partition(s) and reformat it.

By the way, for everyone that says you’re supposed to buy a case for it, well hear me out…

Being expected to buy a case in addition to the separate purchase of the phone, well that means the phone itself isn’t even complete. And it was literally engineered that way, some extra parts and assembly expected on your part.

But if you do opt for a phone case, well that case also holds in heat and makes it get even hotter while charging or in use, which itself is also not good for the device.

A properly designed device shouldn’t have a camera bump, but should rather have a flush uniform and sturdy enough screen and shell that you shouldn’t particularly even need a separate phone case in the first place.

Edit: Regarding your initial question regarding missing libraries, I’d try what the other commenter suggested, install the flac and EV libraries, but my setup isn’t quite configured like yours so I can’t confirm from here.
