And it’s awesome. The staff have to actually study and pass a test so they can advise on wine selection. The selection is huge and far beyond what’s visible in the stores - and there’s a great app for ordering stuff. They even have massively subsidised wine courses and a free wine magazine that’s surprisingly good.
I certainly haven’t figure out how to be happy without being grateful. And I’ve noticed comparison seems to serve little purpose other than to undermine gratitude.
Lol I just cracked out both in one session. I think a1 might be easier than a0
2025 might be enough time for me to get a heart win with ironclad and watcher. Not sure I’ll be ready by then tbh.
Agreed, I would hope that along with the new policy that the enforcement savings were put into changing the behaviour. Interesting that fentanol test rates are going up, and deaths are also up 5%. Wonder if the presence of fentanol in their opiod supply has increased. That’s a very solvable problem, if people are willing to go full 🇨🇭
There’s comedy in this game?
Yes. Adam something pointed this out two years ago: https://youtu.be/CQJgFh_e01g
I think a small linode is 12 bucks a month, and putting cloud flare in front it is free. Can add some s3 storage for a few more bucks too. They also have a free firewall you can use outside of the VMs.
Gonna get stuck into this one on the weekend. Quite excited since I loved the first one so much.
I learned by using django cookie cutter and reading their compose, env, docker and start files. I guess there are easier ways than that though (YouTube, coursera, etc)
These things are gorgeous but I guess this hobby is more expensive than I thought.
Excellent. Talos was one of my favourite games. Can’t wait to try this
Tror staten skal bare ta myntene, men artikkelen sier at han skal få belønning
This is a weird phenomenon. Feels a bit like how focusing on “welfare queens” / “dole bludgers” can pave the way for similar privacy erosion (and welfare cuts) even though its a tiny percentage of the people. Seems a short hop away from “if you’ve got nothing to hide…”
There is a really interesting dev discussion on this topic here: https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/3033
Any thoughts on the “federated community” discussion? I find both positions to have merit, but I think I’m leaning towards community aggregation as an option.
I dunno about winning. Lemmy user count is through the roof. And Im one of the people who left when they pulled the API nonsense. The way they gaslit and lied to the Apollo dev was just unacceptable. Couldn’t participate there after that.
That went from zero to a hundred real quick
No shipping options for me 😢
