Contrary to other comments I think you’ll find the majority of white supremacists have no problem with brown people hurting the people they want them to and otherwise doing what they’re told.
For example, Nathan Bedford Forrest had quite positive things to say about some of slave catchers working for him that were black.
Justice Thomas needs no explanation. The SS had Jewish members, etc etc etc.
There will always be bootlickers, and the one thing fascism has going for it as an ideology is an innate acceptance of pragmatism. It might not always choose to do that but it ultimately doesn’t believe in anything beyond the accumulation of power through any means.
Racists also rarely have trouble with the idea of people being “one of the good ones.” This is how, for example, Booker T Washington was able to convince racist millionaires of the post Civil War era to fund Tuskegee.
