      The OED is quite accepting of multiple definitions that develop over time! They love citing first known usage, it gets them hard as diamonds.

        The OED, like all dictionaries, goes by usage. One person using a word in a different way, is never going to make it.

          All definitions start somewhere, and, just fyi:

          “Ok Boomer” wasn’t actually directed at boomers before decrepit millennials stole it from the youths. It was directed at people with the toxic mindset associated with conservativism and “old fashioned” opinions on social issues.

          The kinds of asshole that climb up a ladder and kick it down behind them.
