Sweet, thanks!
Sweet, thanks!
Commenting on your comment not because I expect you to have them or anything, it’s just the top comment so hopefully someone sees this. I know there’s a handful of links out there to browse instances. Are there any that can see who’s defederated with who/ which instances are federated with the most instances? I had another account on a .ml domain instance but they got purged with a bunch of others a couple of weeks ago. I use my lemmy.world account because it has the most-ish reach for finding new communities and whatnot
I didn’t believe you but yeeeeeesh. Lots of self righteous penises ITT. If people buy an expensive hard drive, it should work. Not everyone knows everything there is to know about data storage, have a little grace people

God dammit. Time to switch browsers again
Yep, i started out on jerboa but it got too buggy for me. Stumbled upon connect and never looked back
Connect is pretty similar. Slightly different lay out but close enough to get the hang of in a couple of minutes
App enabled, AI enhanced cockrings. The future is now
Also The XX, which is at least 2.times better thantwitter X
Someone posted a reddit link to the announcement earlier. The comments were some variation of “bring back.third party apps”, “API”, “fuck /u/spez”, “this is obvious pandering to drive traffic” or debates about how best to vandalize the canvas. And a lot of German people saying German things for some reason lol. The comments there are actually pretty similar to the comments in this thread, minus the Germans
That is a gross, incorrect, and dehumanizing oversimplification of a terrible problem. It’s a deep shame developed countries haven’t completely solved homelessness.
Not at all! It just got me thinking and figured I’d add a perspective from someone that isn’t in tech on getting set up/user experience
I’m mid 20s, not really into tech, and in the medical field. I’m sure the demographic skews towards the “older” tech-focused group but there’s others on Lemmy too. It’s a pretty small learning curve to get signed up and active imo. Especially with the recent explosion of apps that offer a familiar mobile browsing experience
Non-techy guy here. I read an infograohic and made an account. 0 issues whatsoever. And the infographic was just to help me understand how it works. You don’t really need to understand lemmy to interact with it
The bleeding goes away quicker with a water pick too
Duval is a very purple county that flips often. There is an active voter base here. Making generalizations about a city with a million people, let alone one of the most populous states in the country doesn’t help anything and only makes you look like a dumbass
