The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee quietly changed its eligibility rules on Monday to bar transgender women from competing in Olympic women’s sports, and now will comply with President Trump’s executive order on the issue, according to a post on the organization’s website.

Upvoted because you provided your source and your argument is in good faith. However it’s disinformation, sorry. The IBA was discredited by the IOC due to many issues, and possible ties to Russia: https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2023/jun/22/ioc-expels-international-boxing-association-olympic-movement

The “leaked” report has no additional information and is not credible. It is not accepted by the IOC nor myself. I find it unconvincing specifically because it was requested by the IBA.

You’ll notice the claim is parroted only on right wing “news” sources as well, like NY Post, which are notorious for disinformation and are not trustworthy or even news at all.

I disagree. I don’t think they know it’s disinformation. For the same reason I believe Khelif is a woman, I believe this person is telling the truth. That’s how these shitty “news” sites work.

She was ban from a competition where gender test where mandatory Last one she participate didn’t have thoses tests She never went to one that have thoses test mandatory Like the article said “Khelif has never provided any evidence beyond her word to prove she is a woman, but has vowed to compete in the upcoming games.”

I’m more encline and it seem it s more reasonable to believe she 's not a woman than she is.

If she was banned by the IBA I would not trust the test or their motives. If Putin specifically said literally anything, would you trust it?

The burden of proof is on the claimant, the default position is that she’s telling the truth. If I claimed you were a woman (assuming you are a man) with no credible proof and thus are ineligible for playing in any male sports, do you think that is fair and if not how is it different?

I can see your point but if I said I was a man and wasnt able to provide any evidence for and use to make a professional activity that s more than just an activity but a way of life and suddenly I stop to attend any of thoses that ask me to be tested to proove I am a man, you can understand how it raise suspicions ?

Yep, that confirms she is a woman, as she has no Y chromosome, and more importantly was born and identifies as a woman. Do you have specific evidence?
