A lot of these fuckers voted for this. I am happy that they are getting the policies that they wanted.

I got laid off last September from Deere, I built construction equipment. These layoffs have absolutely devastated my community. We have three plants here, plus the PDC and the headquarters. There are guys at Seeding right now with 16 years in that might get laid off.

But we have to remember the important thing: they’re still giving millions of dollars in corporate bonuses and they’re still making ludicrous profits. Who cares if a few hundred workers lose their jobs with no recourse? John May (he’s the greedy pig-fuck CEO) needs caviar for his horses and a new boat.

Could happen to a more obnoxious company… Support the farmers and give them a right to repair, maybe farmers across the world will pay the expense.

Because in a sane world farmers would be aware of the farmer value lost, so they’d preemptively cut their losses and go do business with someone else.

        But alas, no.

GM says $3 billion in losses in profit last quarter, and $5 billion expected in losses next quarter. Ford saying $2 billion. The number of right wing people that subscribe to I only by Chevy or Ford trucks is high. Same with John Deere, hopefully some of those people will slowly recognize this isn’t good for anyone actually needing to work for a living
