Who knew that giving parents money helped keep poor children from starving to death for yet another year?
You know what else would help families not starve is forgiving their parents student loans. That would put a lot of food on the table.
The top 1% have so much money that if we just straight up took even a fraction of it, we could buy food for literally everyone.
That really doesn’t help everyone.
And neither does child tax credits
