This isn’t the AIs fault. Driver-less vehicles are meant to have passengers. If they don’t, they should not be in traffic. The passengers should have the option to turn off auto-drive and get out of the way. Having a car without a steering wheel is like making a “fully-fully automatic gun: No trigger.
