      Can’t sue if it’s a question!

      You can even add “again” and mention an example of him saying he never said something that has actually been recorded.

      Worst case scenario, the lawyers they already have on retainer get it thrown out of court, since truth is an absolute defense against libel charges.

      BEST case, they get a judge Aileen Cannon type judge who’s actually crazy enough to let it go to trial. There’s no better publicity possible for a news outlet than fighting for free speech in court against a wannabe dictator.
