    All you really need to say. Greene points to albedo experiments and cloud seeding, and then says shit like this. The legislation largely passes in states with no mountains (like Florida) and thus no desire to cloud seed and increase snowpack. It’s just free outrage generation for the other Republicans, but Greene is all in on it. You’ll never see states in the rain shadow of the Rockies pushing this though(other than complaining about California doing it on the windward side is removing what little rainfall they get). Wyoming has been doing cloud seeding since the 50s.
