Pineapple pizza has always been a shunned food in Italy. But now, one of the country’s best known pizza makers has created his own ‘pizza all’ananas’ – leaving the country divided.

Vegan pepperoni and other pizza meats becoming standard options would be very very nice, shits come a long way, too, I bet it would work

Maybe not in Italy though. There was this whole thing about it and the government banned it lol.

Pretty sad to see government regulations stifling innovation and limiting consumer choice.

I tried vegetarian sausages pan fried in olive oil once and put it on pizza. It tasted amazing since homemade pizza tastes amazing and pretty much anything pan fried in olive oil does as well.

        Vegan pepperoni

Only US’ians mistake flavor in the sausage for the name of the sausage, so everywhere else it’s already vegan.

So in Italy they don’t put sausage on pizza, just hot pepper? That sounds awesome, I love spicy peppers on pizza!
